Determination of Independent Audit Company

At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors dated 12.03.2026;

It was decided to select DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. to conduct the mandatory sustainability assurance audit within the scope of the Assurance Audit Standards published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority, for the sustainability reports to be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards for the 2026 fiscal year, and to submit this matter to the approval of our Company's General Assembly.
