It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 2 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 945.6 million TL out of 8 retail portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. on February 26th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans subject to this tender have been duly completed.
