It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 198.6 million out of 10 retail and 3 SME portfolios put up for sale by Denizbank A.Ş. on April 10th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
