In our Material Event Disclosure dated July 13th, 2026,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 2 retail and 1 corporate portfolio with a total principal amount of 1.243 million TL out of 10 retail and 2 corporate portfolios put up for sale by Denizbank A.Ş. on July 10th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
