It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 commercial portfolio with a total principal amount of 183.5 million TL out of 7 commercial portfolios put up for sale by Denizbank A.Ş. on July 23rd, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
