Material Event Disclosure (General)

In our Material Event Disclosure dated August 25th, 2025,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 2 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 1 billion 594.9 million TL out of 2 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on August 22nd, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of August 27th, 2024.
